The only animals that you are allowed to have in the city limits are cats and dogs. Total of 3 pets. You need to register them with the city and show proof of rabies vaccination. No animals such as horses, cows, sheep, goats, chicken, rabbits, etc other than household pets shall at any time be kept on any lot or land within the boundaries of the city, except within an area designated as stables of nature for such animals by zoning ordinance. 
Yes. It is unlawful for any minor (under the age of 18) to be on any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks and other public places in the city after 10pm Sunday through Thursday and after 11pm on Friday and Saturday, unless accompanied by an adult.

Fireworks are not allowed in the city limits. There is an exception for the 4th of July for personal use with prior authorization from the City Council per year. There are fines for violating this ordinance.

Horseshoe Bend occupies 3 counties. The main one being Izard County, and the other two being Fulton County and Sharp County.

In bad weather the Catholic Church (870-670-5896) and the First Baptist Church (870-670-5707) in Horseshoe Bend opens their doors to the public for safety purposes. Any questions should be directed to the Churches.
